CROYLAND ABBEY PILGRIMAGE

Time: 9:00am - 5:00pm

The Orthodox Parish of St Columba & St Kentigern, Edlington Doncaster has arranged a pilgrimage to CROYLAND ABBEY at Crowland in South Lincolnshire on Saturday 18th July 2009.

You are very welcome to join us!

The programme is:
11AM - The Divine Liturgy of St John Chrysostom in the ruined nave of the Abbey (or in the Parish Church if the weather is inclement).
Bring your own Picnic Lunch.

2PM - Akathist to St Guthlac followed by veneration of the Relic of St Theodore, who was Abbot of Croyland and murdered with most of the monks in 870 by invading Danes.
